After dealing with some poor realtors, Don came to save the day. On our first outing he was quick to point out some key indicators to future house problems. He saved us from stepping into some real money pits. He quickly picked up on what we were after and worked hard to find us a suitable house. (11 months and 125 houses in all) His determination and patience was unwavering as we went through numerous offers. He was able to help us work through a grossly negligent 3rd party bank. And while it took 9 months to finally get the house from the bank, he was able to get us in at an awesome price with some additional bank funded repairs.

Don was great to work with. From the moment we knew we would be moving, Don was there to help us know the best way to make it happen. He was always available to answer questions along the way. With the logistics of buying and selling at the same time, communication was very important and something that we always had with Don.
We moved across the country before closing totally trusting Don to complete anything needed to keep us on track to close on time.
In all the chaos of moving we had forgotten to install the needed extra smoke detectors in the bedrooms.
Don came to the rescue and went to our house, got up on a stool and got them installed before inspection.

Most reviews are if the agent represented the client but today Don showed a home to his buyers that I have for sale by owner. Many agents don’t treat for sale by owner with much respect (I have seen a lot of that over the last few weeks- even to the point of harassment). Don was the opposite. He reached out with a phone call to schedule a showing, he and his clients showed up in the window he asked for, and he gave us feedback after they left. He treated us with respect and I believe that shows his true character. I don’t know Don personally, but from this experience I would recommend him and if we ever decided to list with an agent I would consider giving Don a call. Treating people respectfully goes a long way in my book.
